Each tablet contains:
 
Ferrumphosphoricum 3X 62.5 mg
Kali phosphoricum 3X 62.5 mg
Calcareaphosphorica 3X 62.5 mg
Calcareafluorica 3X 62.5 mg
In lactose base   q.s.
 
Dosage: 2 tabs twice a day to be taken 10 minutes before or after meals or as directed by the physician.
