Cancellation Policy
At D&K Homoeopathy, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. If you need to cancel your order, please refer to the following cancellation timelines:
Product Orders:
1. Standard Products: You may cancel your order for standard products within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team at pharmadk@gmail.com to initiate the cancellation process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Custom Orders: For custom orders or personalized products, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Custom orders are subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing:
Refunds for cancelled orders or return orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
